This will be a great beer to kick the late spring off and keep around all summer long. We are going for traditional Kolsch style beer. This will be a very drinkable beer (Lawnmower Beer). We are brewing this beer with “Best” German Pils Malt, Magnum Bittering Hops, and Spalt German Aroma Hops, and Kolsch Yeast. The beer is like a Pilsner style beer, blonde-colored and clear. The flavors are delicate and refreshing, less bitter than a Pilsner, fruitier and sweeter, a perfect beer on a hot day after mowing your lawn.
